Most of the time, traffic turning from northbound NC 51 to northbound Johnston Road, does not have a green arrow. The signal most of the time only gives a flashing yellow arrow, meaning you have to yeild. I've many times haven't been able to make the turn until the arrow turns red again because of no breaks in the traffic. It's a sure recipie for a lot of accidents.
