How long has that been there? From the looks of it a long time. For all the leaves on the top no work has been done. What the heck is it?

It’s been there for almost two years...I’ve complained about this spot before.

OMG, who's responsible for this? The City or is there a HOA that's responsible?

My daughter walks the dog by this unsightly site on Glen Cove Parkway and Steamer Lane. This is an abandoned work site. No one has been there for a very long time. Projects are started, orange cones are put up and then the site is abandoned.
It is a common practice in Vallejo apparently.

It’s PG&E. They’re swamped. I know people have tried calling and the phone just rings and rings...
