children under 13 years of age, unsupervised riding off road vehicles at excessive speeds, up and down neighborhood road. Small children playing on road are in extreme danger, while licensed motorist are concerned when they drive their cars. Police have been called multiple times regarding this issue. They need to confiscate these vehicles and hold the parents(whom are never around) accountable..These kids are reckless,riding without helmets,excessive speeds,swurving all over the roads, and not concerned with whether their are other motorists or children playing. This issue must be addressed immmediately, before someone gets injured!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO RIDE THESE VEHICLES ON THE ROAD FOR A REASON...THEY ARE DANGEROUS.....
