  This homeless encampment on 14th Avenue is a mess. The City of Oakland needs to find living spaces for all of the homeless in Oakland. The City of Oakland has, literally, has years to develop a solution, but it just never has happened. City of Oakland subsidized squalor is irresponsible governance and represent a very low moral standard of behavior by elected officials.

  Our elected official and the homeless advocate have become poverty pimps. The the mentally ill and self medicating street people refuse housing, shelters or tough sheds because of rules. The street people do not wish to part of civil society and the city and there advocate have accepted that. But that doe's not stop them raking in millions of tax payer dollars pretending they are working on plan.
