The problem also is visible between 4:00 pm-6:00pm and if a train is blocking the intersection of Rozzells Ferry and Hovis Rd.

I live down the street from this intersection and believe me, it happens just about all day. It's a good thing that they're fixing it soon.....I like the plan they have laid out.

I talked to someone a year or two ago and they had not decided on which plan to use. Where can I see the plan they are going to use?

Construction has started and seems to be moving quickly. City of Charlotte and NCDOT please finish this quickly.

Construction coming along nicely but signs state lane closures between 9 and 4. I have been through there after 5 and one lane has still been closed. I do have an additional question. There has been times when the train is blocking the crossing over on Hovis Road and traffic backs up down Hwy 16 sometimes during the rush hours. Is anyone addressing this problem?
