Hello, I'm wondering if the city can provide more trash receptacles in this area. There is a lot of dumping constantly over many many months which often blows into the park and the school on these blocks (Poplar and 18th on either block, sometimes in front of Ralph Bunche School at 1240 18th St.). Thank you.
