The intersection of Greenwich and Polk needs a stop sign. Cars speed through very quickly and NEVER yield to pedestrians. It is dangerous for drivers to turn from Greenwich onto Polk from either direction because there is no visibility due to parked cars. I have witnessed three accidents, many near-accidents, and many pedestrians almost get hit by cars here. There is also a lot of unnecessary honking because some drivers think there will be a stop sign and slow down, only to have the irritable driver behind them lay on the horn.
