Surveyor Inspected-Alley Light Burning OK

The light is still burned out. It's not even a case of this light is on at times and out others it is burned out constantly and has been for months. I'm sorry but the inspector never inspected this light and it's incredibly frustrating to continue to have to post these reports, I've even send in photos! Crazy idea.. you've got my number why not tell the inspector to call and I can hold their hand as we walk into the pitch black alley and I can point out the burned out light that they obviously can't locate in the dark!

This resident has offered to show the inspector which light is out. Seems like an easy way to resolve it once and for all. While the rest of the world self destructs, let's show the world that Chicago can work together. Shine a light in the world and this (understandably) frustrated person's alley.

I live across the street from this alley, and the absence of light affects my neighborhood's safety. I cannot understand why this seemingly simple task cannot be completed. Please do not close this request again until the light has been repaired. This is all incredibly frustrating and ridiculous.
