We have been complaining to the city about the car and trash for months. These vagrants do not clean up after themselves. They rob houses, bring their stuff back to this house and then trash the property further. I know because my home was robbed and I found a bunch of my stuff in that mustang.

The cops have come many times and called this place a "tweak house." They made arrests and then the property owner had a clean up crew come out and they did clean the place up. They secured the back gate and doors. Since then a window was smashed out, fence panels removed so the back yard is accessible again. It's only been been a few weeks but the vagrants and prostitutes are back, and up to no good. They leave behind garbage, used condoms and human feces.

News in the neighborhood is that the house has been unoccupied and in this state for about 8 years.

If you see illegal activity here, please call the cops. They are aware of this house's problems and hate the situation just as much as we do. Unfortunately they can't do much without the owner's cooperation.

This mustang is inoperable, doesn't belong to anyone it seems, and should be towed out of here. The owner promised the house would be cleaned and occupied in a month. That was about two months ago now. It's backsliding into a total flop house and is a blight.

Well the man and the woman who occupied the mustang for awhile did clean up after themselves. The house was occupied for a while, when we had the dogs barking all day and all night but for the most part its been unoccupied. Ive lived in the neighborhood 6 years. And people did live there atleast for 2 years our kids went to school together. After that it was squatters..and finally after complaining time and time again they did something about it..as of most recently i havent seen anything going on inside the house..i do have the owners number maybe i will give him a call and let him know he needs to come and lock his house up again. But thank you. And. Keep me in the loop if you see anything we might not see. We will be putting up a camera facing the alley soon.

Hi. I keep getting the seeclickfix email responses saying the issue has been taken care of but the big screen tv still sits there along with the broken down mustang people keep living in.

The tv and the mustang are in the same parking area on kissel alley between sutter and sonoma. The house is grey and boarded up.
