That larger RV is associated with the renters @ 2114 Indiana, however, there ARE people living in it. If you see people around it @ night, call VPD. They cannot live on a residential street in their filthy, unsanitary trailer.

Are there people living in there? If they are living with the people renting 2114 Indiana is their landlord aware? And, can a camper even be parked there indefinitely?

Hi Lucia. Yes, there were people living in the RV. I am not sure what the situation is now. You can try the landlord, but they seem to be in denial, & reluctant to deal with the issues caused by their tenants. They insisted there was no dog living there last spring, & a year later he continues to bark (less frequently) & they NEVER clean up after him or her. It's sad.

It's also leaking black sludge. I'm going to contact the county & state today. You can't just leave this health hazard in our neighborhood.

It wasn't gone for long, now it is back and apparently leaking some type of fluid. Sad for the people who have to live next door.

They are just trying to dodge the city. The owner of that property is going to have quite a mess to clean up once these gems decide to move.
