Sharraxaadda

This is in the access road of Central Expressway, right in front of Hue at Cityplace apartment complex, just before the 7-11 at Lemmon and 75.

It is extremely loud when cars drive over the metal piece. I live in Hue at Cityplace. It woke me up and I doubt I'll be able to get back to sleep. The piece of the barrier is on pthe far left lane of the access road. I hope someone can help!!
