I noticed that a transformer at this location has 1 big wire sticking out of it loose. There are many other wires that look the same coming out of this transformer into some box, but this 1 is not. I looked at another transformer just across the street and it doesn't have any loose wire like this one does.

I don't know the exact street address, it is in front of Cameron Court Apartments, the building says N. And directly across the street from the green house which had the law offices that just closed. I just think you may want to check it out. Thanks.
