A. July 6, 2015 Please be advised that the fence on the eastern side of this large empty lot has been tagged with graffiti. This leads to an interesting dilemma - Who is responsible for the cleanup/removal of this graffiti...the City of Vallejo? the Hunter Court Owner? the Dirt Lot Owner? Please have this unsightly graffiti removed ASAP. Thank you!
