Thanks for reporting. We'll stop by this afternoon to forward them a copy of the new water restrictions as a warning notice.

Perhaps the city should send notices to every household instead of relying on the newspaper or TV to give us guidelines. They are not the official government entity of our city.

I see the leak from that house on Pennsylvania. I know we are in a drought. But why would somebody plaster a picture of their house on the internet instead of knocking on their door. And I know that everybody in California pretty much is a bad person, but this plastering of things is typical california behavior.
