I am a resident of the 800 block of N. 22nd Street, and unfortunately I frequently observe vehicles on our block driving at speeds well in excess of the 25 mph speed limit. This is also frequently the case for cars driving on Poplar St. especially from 25th Street until they reach Corinthian. These are residential neighborhoods with young children. Increased street patrolling and ticketing of offending vehicles would help this situation. The city should consider posting speed limit signs and "Slow - Children" signs along these blocks.
