All over every town, mostly New Haven a guy by the name of Scott posts flyers for gutter cleaning. They are on EVERYTHING, from poles to mail boxes to windows to paper boxes. Stand still long enough, one will be attached to you. His telephone number is 203-466-0520. I called him and told him what he is doing is wrong and I would take them down and he threatened me by saying you know what will happen to you right? I called New Haven Police and they said what he is doing is not illegal and to just leave it alone.
