Resident shares a very long fence line with Glen Cove Pkwy It has been propped up with stakes for months Recent storm blew section down resulting in more stakes (7 in total now) holding fence up At what time is it considered time to repair properly rather than propping up?

The fences along Glen Cove Park Way are private and the responsibility of the property owner to maintain. If the fence is maintained in a condition of deterioration or disrepair as to constitute a hazard to persons on the property then it would become a code violation. At this time the stakes are acceptable as the fence is still being maintained.
