Description
Someone has completely deforested all of the trees on property that is not theirs; parts of the forested area are city property, and parts are Walmart property. I do not share a rear property line with this individual, but they have taken possession of severa acres that is not theirs. They have completely destroyed all of the trees and have left all of the trimmings on Walmart property behind my house. They are using this area to raise livestock, (pigs, goats, peacocks, etc) and have been difficult to engage. I am not happy about the loss of tree cover, the work trucks they parked where there were once beautiful trees, and all of the regrading they did back there. There used to be lots of songbirds and birds of prey living in those trees that I monitored over a 2 year period, and I went back to the tree-line on Walmart property one day last year to it completely leveled and an enormous wood pile at the back end behind my property that is now a termite hazard.
The city should probably send someone to survey the area behind the Quinnipiac nature preserve behind the train tracks and see how far their property has been infiltrated before it becomes an adverse possession issue. Walmart has not been helpful and when I called the city to report the animals, they were unhelpful. I was not aware that it was ok to have an entire agricultural operation in a residential neighborhood that is not zoned for it. Is this not also a public health concern?

Hello, anonymous,
It is unusual to see such a high level of grammatical accuracy in reported issues on this platform. That usually indicates it's something pretty important.
Unfortunately, your description lacks enough information to accurately pinpoint the location of your concern. The South and Southeast areas around Walmart encompass quite a bit of area.
While the auxiliary information you've provided helps, there still is not yet enough information to definitively identify the exact location of your concern.
If possible, could you please provide pictures and/or a better description of the location?

Hello Friendly Neighbor,
If possible, could you please let us know the social media sites and/or official websites that were created for the monthly meetings for the Quinnipiac Meadows issue reported here? That would be more effective than sending you an email.
