At 8 pm I noticed water running down the street and I saw he was Watering his lawn for hours. The water was draining all the way to the drain at the end of oakwood which is like 10 house down the street. The next morning the gutter in front of my house was still wet from all the water. He always waters his lawn to where the water runs down the street for hours on end

Thanks for reporting! Water Conservation staff investigated the claim/made contact with the residence this morning and provided them information about the current compliance regulations. We also left a Notice of Outdoor Water Use Restrictions door hanger on their front doorknob.

Good morning,
Just for clarification-- was this photo taken Friday or sometime this weekend after the 26th? If so then we will go ahead and mail him a water use violation letter.
