Not private property, actually owned by the city of Vallejo. Not sure what category it should go under, so I will be adding another issue under public works maintenance. Why is this property not on the list to be take care of? If the City can’t afford or can’t utilize the building, sell it off to somebody who can! It was gifted to the city and this is how it’s treated.
