Description
Cars making a left from Johnston Road to Carmel Road do not have a green arrow. There are multiple accidents every week at this intersection. They really need a traffic light with an arrow. I live at this intersection and can hear the accidents from inside my home.

The intersection continues to be an issue. Johnston Rd is heavily congested in the evenings and if you need to turn left on to Carmel Rd, you have to wait until your light turns red and then go.
This is causing 3-6! cars to run through the light AFTER it has turned red.
I have to turn left at this intersection every evening and I have witnessed numerous accidents as a result of people running the light.
There are also pedestrians attempting to cross here and this only adds to the danger for everyone.
PLEASE help us regain control of this intersection!
