    This hole has been here in the street in front of 2007 for quite awhile now I believe. It obviously cannot be safe for pedestrians nor vehicles......it's huge. Think it's time for this to get fixed before someone seriously hurts themselves.

    Debra and Daniel Thompson from 2209 St Albans Street feel as if they have the right to reserve a parking space in front of their house on a daily basis. They use orange traffic cones to reserve the space and often use the same cones to reserve spaces for visiting members of their family. This has been going on for years, but I would say to all who need a parking spot in the area, that they should take the orange cones, throw them on the sidewalk, and park in the available space.

    1907 Christian St has no windows. The rear of the property is falling down and is unsafe. The backyard is a health hazard, filled with garbage. Vernen, including racoons and opossum, have been seen occupying the property and are unsafe for the residents. Please do something about this property!!

    The empty sidewalk tree pit at this address has been left to overgrow with excessive amounts of weeds. Trash has progressively become trapped or flat out thrown into the pit over the past few months. With the thick collection of weeds it never moves and simply rots causing both a consistent smell and eyesore.

    Does or will the city compel neighbors to uphold a modicum of respect for the outside of their homes/rentals?

    This house has been abandoned for 2 years now. Along with 1021, 1018 this is the 3rd blighted lot on our street. The place is going to @#$% ! Wish I never moved here.

    The corner lot on S Cleveland St and Carpenter St has not been cared for in at least 7 months. The weeds are growing as tall as trees, the sidewalk is rubble and overgrown, there is dog waste and this morning there is human waste and flies.

    Neighbors with garages park their secondary vechicles on the sidewalk in front of their garages. This form of parking is a hazard to pedestrians and creates a blockage for emergency vechicles (as stated in previous issue logs). Recently, signs have been posted showing that this is now a "no parking" street. It would be nice if the individuals who supported the designation of this street as "no parking" would follow it's instructions. Solution: Learn to park your car within a 3 block radius like everyone else.

    The house is abandonded and beginning to show signs of collapsed roof. The building is also full of garbage which is creating a fire hazzard. Nothing has been maintained.

    This new store getting ready to open on the NW corner of 20th & Carpenter Streets is a disgrace. First, they breached the party wall through the back into the neighboring property. Next, they installed an air conditioner unit right out on the sidewalk (Carpenter St side). And today they have installed very ugly & DEFINITELY ILLEGAL awnings. They have no permission, variances or anything else that would be required to allow them to do these things. Neighbors unite against this blight!!
