This is ridiculous I have mice again because of the tenants that live next door to my home it looks like a dump all kinds of trash, furniture God knows what else is there 🔴 I don't understand how the owners of this duplex allow this to happen 🔴 they do come to pick up the rent from the tenants every month so why they allowing this I can't !!!!! please get this taken care of sorry but both the tenants & owner of property need to get penalized. 🔴THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WHEN IT MAKES OUR PROPERTY LOOK BAD OR DAMAGE BECAUSE OF RODENTS THERE IS A PROBLEM🔴

This trash has been here for over 3 weeks they will not clean it up I am sick a tired of nasty neighbors not doing their part and keeping our streets clean & OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

This is not the 1st time I've complained and called the health department about this home and the owner this haves to be taken care of starting to see rodents everywhere I'm not happy JJ-M

I don't understand why if the garbage is picked up early (Thursday morning July 2, 2020) why on July 3, 2020 Friday afternoon they choose to put all there garbage bin & a bag on the ground why is it being placed there the day after on friday my husband asked why are you putting the garbage out it's gonna sit there all week and in reply the person said it's my garbage. They don't see the mess after the fact this has to stop maybe if they get a ticket they won't do it any more.The reason I am saying this is because when they put out garbage and garbage bags on the ground animals come and destroy the bags and people come and open them taking bottles then all week all the garbage rolls all over my property I try to keep my property clean, neat, tidy and beautiful to look at
I don't know what can be done about this but something has to be done I am disabled and don't need to clean up after other people I am sick and tired of cleaning after grown folks.

I got my lawn mowed twice and they still have not picked up all that trash up against my fence I'm not very happy these owners of these homes that rent to people need to keep up with their property makes mine look bad.
