    My husband and I walk daily and we're not sure why the city allowed the clearing of this lot that routinely floods with almost any rain. Allowing a house to be built here would be disastrous for a family that may not be aware of the recurring issue. The clearing was also done poorly and now standing water is always there, and we walk faster by because of standing water smells and excessive mosquitoes. Something really needs to be done to address this issue.
