Description

There is a water drainage issue on the unnamed road between Primrose Lake Wylie and CPI Security off of Sandy Porter Road. There is always standing water regardless of if it has recently rained. This becomes a hazard when the temperature drops below freezing and the entire road turns into a sheet of ice. This is the only way into Primrose Lake Wylie so the vehicles using this road have children passagers. This morning even with me aware of the road's condition and driving very slowly I sled passed the entrance to the parking lot. Thankfully there were no vehicles exiting the parking lot because I would not sled right into the vehicle. Upon discussing this with Primrose employees, this is a situation that regularly occurs. They stated that the water drainage issue is not on their property so there is nothing they can do about it. Regardless of whose property it is, it needs to be fix since it is a hazard to vehicles with children passengers. Any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
