I see this happen a lot on 15th street even though it is suppose to be a bike rout street. I would love to see the cops out for a few days or so enforcing the state law - automobiles and trucks must give min 4 feet of clearance to all bikes on the road (with exception of bikes in separate bike lanes). It would help if bikers followed the law too. Right now it seems that since no one is enforces any of the rules a lot of people are ignoring them.
