Description

For the past 2 mornings, I've been stuck on the Park Road extension, waiting to turn left onto Scott road. The traffic light, or the sensors must be broken because both times I've waited over 15 minutes, and the light NEVER changed. Everyone in my lane just started running the red light whenever there was no traffic.
