Description
Whenever there is traffic in this area, the road slows down because drivers from the northbound I-76 ramp try to merge too quickly. There should be a sign telling them to stay in their lane, along with a solid white line that extends beyond the 23rd St exit. This will delay the merge, allowing vehicles to accelerate to proper speed before merging.
