Agreed. Speeding uphill and downhill. Kids walk to sandy run middle school on this road nine months of the year. The intersection at twining and Susquehanna is already dangerous enough without a proper left turn lane and people cutting it and out of the intersection to go around turning vehicles. Need a left turn only light as well.

Thank you for expressing your concerns. Our officers regularly enforce speeding, as well as other vehicle code (and criminal) violations, on Twining Road. The last two (2) traffic details that were conducted resulted in 46 vehicles being stopped and 50 citations (42 of which were for speeding) being issued.

In addition, we currently have aggressive driving enforcement details scheduled for the months of July and August. We will continue our enforcement efforts as call volume and manpower permit.
