Description
Between 8th and 9th on Arch Street, outside of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. A van with a trailer attached idles while the people in it are eating lunch. They are informed about the law and asked to stop, but continue to idle anyway.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact the Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report them to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)
