Description

The lights at both Elmore and Dooley Bypass and Colerain and Dooley Bypass do not cycle nearly enough. Even at rush hour in the mornings I can be sitting at either of these intersections waiting to turn onto Dooley Bypass and traffic is trickling through, sometimes there is no traffic moving at all on Dooley bypass through these intersections. The length of the lights could easily be halved or more. It seems the length was altered after the re-engineering of the roads and this was a mistake that has only served to slow traffic in the area.
