856 Quaint st. House is in poor condition; grass is rarely cut. Young people hanging around outside and making rude comments to neighbors. Suspicious activity with strange cars pulling up, "handing off," and driving quickly away. Police activity there recently with 5 police cars (from Ridley, Darby Twp., and Glenolden). Very unsettling!
