Neighborhood has asked the owners of the property to put up a fence in order to avoid this from continuing to happen. But to no avail.
Other owners of property down this block have all put up fencing in order to maintain decorum, but not Tonys.

Really sad that business owner of Tonys Furniture Refinishing doesn't car about the nieghborhood his business is located at. The homeless are using the back steps of his business for nefarious purposes. Tonys been asked to build a fence around his parking lot in order to stop this from continuing to happen. But to no avail.
