White male in his 40s, accompanied by white male in his 60s, driving a greenish gray BMW X3 minivan was driving at an unsafe speed in the bus and bicycle only lane on the 700 block of Chestnut Street at approximately 2:30 PM on Friday, September, 28, 2012. He cut me off and honked at me for riding in the bicycle lane. I took the attached photograph after he parked his vehicle in a loading zone on the 200 block of S. 6th St.
