Description
As you travel southeast on Glenwood, before you see Capel Rugs on your right, you will see a long and very deep sinkhole/ eroded area. It is dangerous because there is no shoulder there and if a car drifted even one inch off the road, it would be a big wreck. Please fill the area with dirt or if erosion and sinkholes are common here, concrete or asphalt. Thank you!

Crystal, there's an issue that I've reported to the DOT for the last 3 years and I never got a reply. You're doing something right if you're getting one in just a few months!!
However, what I discovered a few weeks ago is that there is a phone number. If you call DOT customer service, they give you a phone number of potholes. Then that person gives you a phone number for Wake County. Then that person gives you a phone number for Wake County potholes. There may be a few more steps I left out, because I spent about 45 minutes on the phone calling one office after the next...
I finally got to 919-733-4768. Call that and someone will *apparently* submit your request to the actual repair team.
