Description

The easement containing the fire escape and dumpster behind Pineview Apartments is packed with furniture and debris, blocking the fire escape and creating a haven for rats and mice. The building manager has been notified at least three times by me, one of the building tenants, and another neighbor. They have not responded to complaints. The city 311 texting system was also notified.
