Description

Hello! Im normally not one to reach out like this. I’m contacting because my neighbors dog has been very disturbing throughout the years. He barks all day. The owners let him bark really early in the morning. The dog is a golden retriever and is very loud it’s like I can hear him in my space all day. The owners are negligent I’ve personally never seen the dog get walked in my life. I’m hoping there’s a way way this can be resolved. Thank you
