2 dogs unleashed walking on and off the property on multiple occasions. I have encountered this on multiple occasions on many different days on my walks with my dog. There is no fence. I have witnessed the dogs walking onto other properties crossing the street and going to the bathroom as well. This is not safe for the dogs and others in the neighborhood. The dogs are brown and I think one has floppy ears. How am I to know this dog will not attack myself or my dog? Or also I am concerned for the safety of the dogs getting hit by cars. There is also a playground up the street where children play. Animal control please talk the home owners ask them to fence in the dogs, or walk the dogs themselves!
