Description

Tenants from 2nd and 3rd floor always on back porch getting high. There is a female toddler around 2 exposed to this and routinely yelled at while they are doing drugs. This is a block from a childcare center and a block from elementary school. This is supposed to be a drug free zone. The smell is so bad neighbors have reported there kids won't play outside because it smells so bad outside. Pretty sure dealing is going on but can't prove that yet. Not safe for that child living there or neighbors. We should be able to enjoy our yards and not have to smell that crap.
