Description
This commercial property was renovated about 2 years ago. During the renovation, they installed a white PVC pipe in the alleyway that drains the roof directly onto the sidewalk, which causes a very large sheet of ice in the winter. I can't imagine this type of drainage is legal for a commercial property?

They also leave trash outside in bags (not cans) in their parking area, so we can thank them for rats as well. Generally great neighbors to have.
