Description
Since Bella Vista Distributor does such a booming business, I understand that they may sometimes need as many as 3 tractor trailers to use the bike lane as a loading zone / unloading zone / parking lot.
However, while these trucks block traffic and turn a street that could be a 6-lane highway into a one-lane accident-waiting-to-happen, there is no reason for them to leave their engines running.

it's not just Bella Vista, it's also the bread distro, the condos at 11th and Washington, the Asian restaurants and distros. it's a tricky corridor because of the mix of warehouse-type places, residential, and retail.
Just today I watched a PPA agent dole out tickets to cars for parking head-in instead of back-in, while a FedEx truck was parked blocking both the bike lane and the driving lane, facing into oncoming traffic.
