Which stop sign out of the 4 at that intersection are you referring to? I went and checked out the intersection today and the one's that are within the city limits are visible. One had some branches lingering above it that will be cut as a preventative measure the next time we're tree trimming. Other than that, my suspicion is one of the County's signs is the one in question.

Some crew members trimmed the branches above our sign mentioned in my previous comment. The City has two stop signs at that intersection, the southbound and eastbound signs. The northbound and westbound signs are both King County signs. Thank you for reporting this concern and improving your community!
