Description
It looks like a truck dumped asphalt in the street right at the stop sign at 24th st and Bainbridge st. This was causing cars to scrap the bottom of their car on the asphalt. It is a huge pile and causes cars to drive around it or go over top of it risking scraping the cars. please fix!
