Dog is chained to an abandoned car in the back of the yard. Barks at all times of the day/night.

This dog has become a nuisance and it’s more than annoying to me and my family’s sanity at this point. I have recorded on my phone the exact time frame of how long he barks in one setting, exceeding 8 mins without a break. And that’s only what I recorded! No one comes to check on him, he barks until he's hoarse! PLEASE! I’ve sent a letter to them and reported this to the sheriff and gave them a warning! This is ridiculous!

The dog is chained to an abandoned car in the back yard. It has a pet carrier as shelter. I don't know if it has food, I never see people out near the area. The dog barks non stop at night. Tan color dog appears to be partially pit bull

Owner may have passed and mother dog has litter of pups that soon will be a pack of dogs if not soon addressed! Current occupants of dwelling have been advised to fence mother as she known to charge pedestrians and children waiting for school bus but to no end. Dogs will be in road causing hazards for drivers as there is no street light nearby. Currently no food or water looks be provided cause mother will come into neighbor's yard to drink from flower pot and defecate in yard.

There is dog that has been roaming freely in my neighborhood and coming into my yard. A neighbor told me that a dog with the same description either tried to bite or did bite an elderly lady that lives on the same street as me. I have 4 children under 10 years old that enjoy playing in our front yard, and now I feel like they can't do that safely with this dog on the loose. It does not have a collar, and has been spotted a handful of times over this past week. Saturday it was in and out of my yard over the period of a few hours. I am relatively new to Georgia so I'm not sure what the best process is to get this taken care of!

This dog is consistently roaming our neighborhood with no leash and pooping in our yard! This has happened for quite some time.

2nd request. These 2 dogs belong to 2665 Finney Circle. I have spoken with the owner of the house who told me she would have the dogs leashed. This has not been done and they are constantly on Latanya Village property tearing up trash and making a mess. We have over 50 children on this property and we surely don't want anything to happen to them because of the dogs.

Pack of 4 or 5 dogs, attacking other animals. Dangerous. Running up and down Burke St. crossing Houston Ave to Buena Vista Ave.

This is the third attempt to rectify the situation. I am aware that the neighbors behind me has been notified about their wandering dog. Apparently the notice worked temporarily, they have gone back to allowing the same behavior. This morning; i hade to run the dog out of my yard this morning. Since last reported i have had to run the dog out of my yard a few times. the neighbors located behind me have been letting their dog go free and unleashed and poops and drags trash in my yard. Everyone else in the neighborhood keeps their pets on leash. This has become a problem. I need to know what my options are in getting this issue resolved. What are my rights as a homeowner. Do I need to notify animal control?
