    this house is a giant violation to the neighborhood and the people that live in the vicinity . this man does not care how his own house is on the verge of looking like a trap house .he does what he wants as if there is no law that he has to follow he is constantly stalking other neighbors taking pictures and videos claiming he is doing good for the community saving property values but yet he continues to belive his own lies and continues to let his home go to shambles. this man has a mental disorder that needs to be dealt with before someone gets hurt . I have personally seen him chase down people who are obeying all the traffic laws on a quad like he's the police now what if one of the people wrecked due to them not knowing as to why this crazy person is chasing them with no lights or any proof of him being of any kind of law enforcement . no one rides on his block or near it for that matter because they know there's a really good chance he will start harassing them as well. me and quite a few other neighbors are appalled by his behavior and how he thinks it's OK what he's doing . so it's legal for him to snap pictures because he's in the road which is public use. we'll put yourself in our shoes we have Lil kids running around the yard young adults playing ball or riding bikes in the streets like on any other neighborhood in the city. then all sudden out of nowhere this crazy man dead stops in middle of the road causing cars behind him to stop or swerve around which puts the said kids in danger the being ran over not just bye him but by other people then you look at the fact that he's still taking pictures multiple times daily no matter what's going on so if you have children you would understand or grandchildren or nieces and nephews would u want some stranger taking pictures of them . no u would not. let's get back to him chasing people down with his car he has no right what so ever to do anything of the sort . what happens when who ever he is chasing has a wreck hits someone or gets hit who's at fault there . I am from 730 martin lane and my name is Samuel Weiss and yes I work on stuff for people but most of the people I do work for live in this neighborhood and non of which have a problem with what I do or how I conduct my business. in fact everyone around me knows if something needs fixed done right and usually for Lil to no money involved all they have to do is stop and ask and I'm more than glad to assist in any way I can. I'm not asking for much for what I am asking for is for this man to quit harassing me and many of my other neighbors that are surrounding me he wants to talk about the law well just needs to be done about what he's doing he's mentally Disturbed and he needs help before somebody gets hurt

    This was a previous complaint that was just closed conveniently this issue was previously reported on August 16, 2022. It has yet to be fixed it has been this way for almost a year or longer. I suggest code enforcement spend some time in Woodland West in Fifth St., Estates notating the violations, and please get them corrected.

    May 10th Citywide Sweep missed all of the junked cars behind the townhomes. Junked items can be seen from Adams St. and from the adjacent properties’ backyards on Kirkwood (near Adams).

    BACK YARD IS FULL OF CHEMICAL CONTAINERS, SOME HAVE A LIQUID IN THEM. THERE ARE ALSO JUNK CARS AND ENGINES IN THE GRASS. THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE AN ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERFUND SITE. THERE IS NO PROTECTION ON THE GROUND TO PREVENT ANY OIL, GASOLINE, OR CHEMICALS FROM LEACHING INTO THE SOIL AND WATERTABLE. THE BASKET CHEMICAL CONTAINERS CAN BEEN SEEN STICKING ABOVE THE FENCE WHEN PARKED ON PATRICIA LN. A LOOK OVER THE FENCE WILL EXPOSE THE ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THAT ARE GOING ON IN THE BACK YARD....

    Both garage doors are rotting from repetitive water damage. Junk can be seen (in the attached picture) “piled” against the glass windows of the garage..

    These double wooden gates have been torn off their hinges for well over a year… (garage has 5th Street frontage - corner lot)

    To the MC Code Enforcement Officer for 5th Avenue Estates:

    This house has a driveway that is so "unsafe" cars are parked in the grass as shown every day and night. The driveway holds 4 inches water when it rains. Every night there are 8-9 cars park all over the property with a couple of those in the street. These cars have expired registrations that predate COVID by several months. This address has been reported several times in the past for having junk cars in the driveway and for displaying illegal vehicle registrations (All the registrations had the same VIN and License Plate number.) They "allegedly" copied a current sticker from one of their vehicles and placed these copies on the fleet of cars parked in the yard and driveway. In the past, MC PD has placed parking warnings on these vehicles due to the "allegedly" illegal registrations that did not match the VIN or attached License Plates. For a while the address was cleaned up, but now they are backsliding into old habits.

    5th Avenue of Estates has a question: Is it against the MC City Codes to park motor vehicles in the front yard of a house on a daily bases? As pictured, the MUD tracks and ruts in the yard are evidence that there cars are parked here daily and not for an afternoon "carwash". This mud is then tracked all over the sidewalk and down the street. Many of us who keep the street in front of our home swept clean and power washed are asking the MC Code Enforcement Officer for some relief from this habitual address so long as it;s within the City Codes. We are only asking MD CEO to enforce city codes. To see the extent of this problem, this house must be observed after 22:00 hours when all the vehicles have come home to roost.
