Large pothole at the entrance of Nesbit Lakes Subdivision. At the entrance before you reach the Stop sign.

This prime property at a main intersection in Roswell and opposite at the Entrance to a busy mall (that houses Kroger, fine dining restaurants, etc.) has become grossly neglected over the last few months with tall grass and tall weeds that are an absolute eye sore to our neighborhood, like a deserted town.

Several windows have been broken out of home and boarded up with plywood. Front of home and side. It has been like this for well over a month

1) "For Sale"/Avalon Real Estate sign. 2) Blank sign in disrepair

Empty Target Parking Lot looks like a Truck Stop. Since the closure of Target, I've seen up to 20 trucks now I see women at night visit the trucks not sure if they are prostitutes or girlfriends. I live at Roswell Village across the street and I hate having to look at that like I live in the country. Its bad enough the Target is shut down and brings our property value down. Maybe nobody wants to buy the target because they think its a truck stop. Enforce the law and have them move and park at a real truck stop. Thank you

Still, driving on 400-S HB exit. Red light is a problem. People on HB-S trying to get on 400-North. Are all the way backed up and block us from moving on HB-S. It happens A LOT. Also. Please review all traffic lights synchronization on HB. You advance only to be stop again.

West bound lanes on Holcomb Bridge Rd. From Scott Rd going west right past Terramont Rd. Several potholes due to recent rains. must be at least 15 or more.

Driveway is littered with construction debris and toilets.

Large 20 foot tall sign, rusted and neglected about 30 feet off Holcomb Bridge mixed in with the trees. Signage has no purpose and is neglected. Appears to blend in with trees, but visible due to time of year. Should be removed or maintained.

Multiple 18 Wheelers parked overnight at East Village parking lot

Light pollution caused by lights from East Roswell Park are directed onto private property and shine into home, creating nuisance. Lights need to be aimed away from homes.
