There's a inoperable dark blue sedan (Tag# unknown). The vehicle has been parked on the grass area of the property for quite some time.

Pothole.

pot hole need repair and smooth that area out cars dodging that area in front of school

falling down vacant?? no electricity etc trashy junky BIG MESS

This place is asking for trouble. It’s not only an eyesore but a danger to the community.

Again, this has been waiting for pick up since 10/29

yard covered in excessive overgrowth; junk in front and on both sides of house; large dirt mound; boats parked in front and on side of house; has been like this for YEARS!! Have more supporting pictures that could not be uploaded

this home has been abandoned since we moved across the street in 2016. over the years there have been break-ins there. police have been called. Teenagers vandalizing , grass overgrown, now the neighbor will cut it on occasion because it looks so bad.
It is a terrible eyesore with rusting junk in yard/carport. It is a Hazard and danger to kids in the neighborhood.

This yard makes Peake Road looks terrible. It’s a sight for sore eyes. Trash and old furniture all in the front yard.

Recycling pick-up was missed again 10/6/21, and recycling bins in our subdivision have been out on the street for over 4 weeks waiting for pick-up. Please let residents know when we can expect a pick-up, if at all, so that we can re-direct this recycling trash as it's all over the neighborhood.

I had submitted this to Mallory Jones in an email. It came back undeliverable. So I copy pasted the email here. ..............Idk if I should send this to the Mayor and not bother you with it. I have sent it to Click Fix. Years ago...decades ago. The Peake rd Gate leaving LWW. It was once a closed gate used when the spillway was closed. Now what was called Hushpuppy lane is now used as an entrance/ exit for LWW. When coming from Tucker rd. on Peake rd. As you approach that gate, Where the 90 degree turn is. Which is frequently an accident scene where people miss the curve and hit the guard rail. Such as it is now. GDOT could probably give you the number of times it has been repaired/ replaced. Many times. The sign approaching from Peake is a Yield sign. No one pays it any attention. They slow for the curve and do not yeild. On occasion SOME do yeild. Which almost causes an accident because they have brake lights. No turn signals Because they are not turning.And traffic behind just assume the bakes are to negotiate the turn. So the cars behind them are expecting them to finish negotiating the turn....Not Stop. Probably I imagine lots assume they are turning and to lazy to use a blinker. NOT YEILDING! Then the cars exiting LWW are afraid to proceed because they are not accustomed to people YEILDING. So then it is stalled. I would NEVER deliberatly pull out in front of anyone JUST Because I felt I had the right of way. BUT Once i have came to a complete stop. The approaching cars are a Safe distance to YEILD. I proceed. ONLY to have peole run up on me as if I Pulled out in front of them. That yeild sign. Again was used decades ago and was meant for the small neighborhood straight ahead on Peake rd. it was meant for people Crossing traffic to yeild and NOT go straight across. The LWW rd was not a 3rd road at that time. The Correct signage for that intersection should be...STOP with the smaller sign below saying Right turn keep moving.
