General Home Development owns this property and installed this tub over 3months ago and it has a DEAD animal carcass along with loads of mosquitoes.

Crosswalk at 7th St and 22nd Ave is not working at all. Center lights at the crosswalk at 5th St and 22nd Ave aren't working, either

We need to have crossing east and west on this --it is right in front of the fire station --there are not even ramps to access east and west . HUGE crossing concerns --they need to be addressed some than later --it is impossible to cross forth street and NO we will not walk to 30th or 22nd --those are unsafe and out of the way of the fire station

House is obviously abandoned and all furniture and other items are in yard.

Crape Myrtles along southbound 4th St on ‘Holiday Motel’ block (24th - 25th Ave) are blocking view of approaching south bound traffic at 24th Ave.

Hex block is raised near tree roots.

The city recently did plumbing work on 5th St. North in the middle of the road near the alley between 26th Ave. and 27th Ave. N The concrete patch job on 5th St., North contiguous to the alley was not done well and is now completely busted up. It needs to be repaired as there is a large pot hole there now

I live in the area and the trash situation in this parking lot just keeps getting worse. There are now homeless people sleeping in the trash. Walking past it's hard to watch the animals trying to eat the plastic trash from the open dumpsters and surrounding area.

The turn lanes on 9th St at 30th Ave N have full green lights during the light sequence. There is not an actual turn signal and it is confusing because the turn lane has a full green light indicating you have a right of way.

Can someone come pick this garbage up? Not sure if someone already scheduled a pick up. Feel free to delete if so.
