    This area is littered with broken concrete, bricks, concrete with exposed metal, metal with sharp edges, rags, water hoses, bathroom tile, and lumber. This area has been turned into a dump site by the owner of this property. After speaking to someone with the City of Clinton I was informed this was allowed. Based on Chp. 11 Sec. 11-6 of the code of ordinances the items on this property are not allowed. I feel this is decreasing the values of homes close to the dump site and is a safety issue for children and animals.

    The entrance to the parking lot across from Loop Street has a badly broken sidewalk and approach from McKoy street. Is there something that can be done to fix this? It's dangerous to leave the parking lot onto McKoy.

    The road has been repaired multiple times and crush and run has been placed over the road to fill in the holes. This should have been a temporary fix, however it has stayed like this for months and months. It is a mess!

    Section of street has been dug out and gravel put back but it has created a deep pot hole. Go up a few feet and another section has been dug out and gravel put in but it is mounded. Both areas require you to slow down quite a bit.

    More street lights are needed on Johnson St between Sampson & Butler. I walk my dog on Johnson St. every morning and it's very dark between the existing lights. I realize summer is coming and it won't be an issue soon, but during the winter it's very dark.
