There are two concrete piers dumped along the waters edge in the North east corner of the Eco-Thrift parking lot, in addition to the chronic trash along the shoreline, there are tires, couch cushions, cloths, bike frames, grocery baskets.

Fence needs to be installed to catch litter that is being blow into the water from the Eco-THRIFT parking lot. They don't even have one garbage can available for their customers in their parking lot. There is a water-front walking trail across the back side of the Old K-MART property that needs restricted access. The Homeless are wheeling in debris in Waste Wheelers and Shopping Carts, Using White Slough as a DUMPING GROUND.
